On the page dealing with what Pan-species Listing is 'About' the last paragraph reads:

"What are the 'rules'? It's perhaps better to think of these more as guidelines rather than rules. In brief, each species counts as one and should be seen alive in the wild by the recorder. However, as a community we opted for a more relaxed approach to these guidelines with every lister approaching their list in a slightly different way. Openness, honesty and acceptance are all part of the pan-species listing ethos. Click here for a comprehensive list of guidelines."   -  and here the last sentence indicates that a link should be available from which one can gain a list of guidelines.  At the moment this link is not there so clicking along that sentence does NOT provide the guidelines indicated.
