Cladonia floerkeana. Similar to Cladonia diversa, but the podetia are more of a bluish grey rather than yellowish green. The apothecia are also usually darker, and it is not nearly such a variable species. It is relatively common in heathland and on heathy banks as well as on siliceous rocks.
