Caloplaca teicholyta, a common, white thallus species which is frequent on artificial habitats, and limestone used in buildings. It is particularly rare on natural limestone outcrops, where it is more frequently fertile as here. This photograph taken on the ragstone outcrops of Lympne Scarp, Kent.
