Caloplaca flavescens. Probably the commonest of the second genus belonging to the family Teloschistaceae. It fringed by yellow lobes, and is fertile with apothecia slightly darker than the thallus. Very common on limestone and concrete as well as other often artificial habitats. This photograph taken in  Jersey
