Hopper for ID, Idiocerus laminatus possibly?

Hey everyone,

Found this hopper out in Lincolnshire over the weeked. A group I'm up on at all, a bit of reading up on the British Bugs website lead me to maybe Idiocerus laminatus. Can anyone confirm?

Were you near Aspen? Looks more like Populicerus (= Idiocerus) populi to me, but I'm not familiar enough with this genus to confirm that for certain. There's a similar query here:
